In that time of endless to-do lists that included finding a new location, securing financing, engaging the best construction team ever, and applying for an endless stream of permits, we are now on our way to a fabulous rebirth! Construction has begun!

A Heartfelt Update and Thank You from East Heaven
Dear Friends of East Heaven,
First and foremost, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support during one of the most challenging times in our 44-year history.
As many of you know, a devastating fire significantly impacted our business four years ago. In the wake of that event, your incredible generosity and belief in our mission is helping fuel our plans to rebuild. Your contributions—whether financial, emotional, or simply through kind words and fond memories—mean more than we can ever fully express.
Unfortunately, we must share that the road to reopening has proven far longer and more complicated than we anticipated. Between permitting delays, insurance negotiations, construction setbacks, and supply chain issues, we’ve encountered obstacles at nearly every turn. This has pushed back our timeline much more than any of us had hoped.
We understand that many of you have invested not just money, but trust, into our recovery. Please know we do not take that lightly. Every dollar has been carefully accounted for and directed toward our rebuilding efforts, and we remain 100% committed to reopening our doors as soon as we possibly can—with the same spirit, service, and integrity you’ve known for over four decades.
While we've encountered a few speed bumps earlier in the process, we’re pleased to report that the project is now progressing steadily. Concrete work is wrapping up, laying the groundwork for the next critical phases. Ironwork is currently being fabricated off-site, and once delivered, we’ll begin erecting the structural steel.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we move forward, and we will continue to update you regularly. Once we have a confirmed timeline for reopening, you’ll be the first to know. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or thoughts. Your voice matters deeply to us.

2024 Updates
On September 15th, 2023 we closed on the mortgage for our new location at 150 Northampton Street in Easthampton, MA. We spent the better part of the year getting ready for construction of our hot tub spa to begin… and now it has!
Our full building permit was granted on Thursday, August 15th, 2024.
We sat and watched all morning on Saturday, August 17th, 2024 when a portion of our building was demolished to make way for the steel and other supports soon hold up a rooftop full of hot tubs.
On Thursday, September 12th, 2024 we started working on the new foundation.
The plan for our Easthampton spa is to have six outdoor hot tubs on the roof and open to the sky. There will be three indoor tubs along with an infrared sauna and a traditional sauna/cold plunge area. There will be six spacious massage rooms. In all, a more comfortable and luxurious facility for your enjoyment.
Planning takes forever but now that that’s done, we can really start to roll! We hope to be open again in mid-2025.

If you have been holding on to a spa gift certificate from our previous location, please don’t give up hope! Come see us in Easthampton when we reopen and bring your gift certificate. We will honor your gift certificate as well as adding a thank you gift. We want you to know that we really appreciate your patience while we are rebuilding.
